First and second grade students have prior knowledge of the Elements of Art,  which is further reinforced by their art experiences throughout their years at Coman Hill and beyond.

The student's skills are demonstrated in this exhibition through their creative work in drawing, collage, paper sculptures & design. Art works created by artists such as Vincent Van Gogh & Alma Thomas are studied, and provide inspiration for the students’ art creations.
